Housing and Technology Ltd. (HTL) was established in April 1994 to enhance the technical advancement of the Building industry of Bangladesh. Supported by highly educated and trained professionals, it has already earned the reputation as “The last resort for technical solution of modern technology related to Buildings in our country”. HTL introduced the world famous cladding material Alucobond in 1999 as the sole distributor. Since then HTL has been playing the key role for the new look of our Shopping Malls, Banks, Commercial Buildings all over the country. In the course of time, HTL gathered lots of experiences through working with DORMA as their strategic partner, another world market leading company for Door & Glass accessories and renowned façade fabricator Shenyang Yuanda, Pilkington Glass, Kinlong hardware and Sika-Waker silicone sealent etc. HTL is the source of many other world famous brands related to building technology.
